Shipping, Returns & Refunds

We want every book from Pustakalay to reach you safely. This page explains how shipping, returns and refunds work.

Shipping

• We ship across India.
• Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1–3 working days.
• Delivery normally takes 3–7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location.
• Once your order is shipped, you can follow its status from My Account → Orders.

Returns

• If your book arrives damaged, misprinted or you received the wrong book, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
• Please share your order number and a photo of the book and packaging.
• Books must be unused and in their original condition to be returned.

Refunds

• Once we receive and check the returned book, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.
• Refunds are made to the original payment method, usually within 5–7 working days.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order before it is dispatched. Once shipped, it can be returned only as described above.
